Online Shopping Terms & Conditions 

MyKBeauty is owned by and operates under MKB (MyKBeauty) Korea. The following Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our online shop and the supply of products from the shop. By ordering goods from our online shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Buyers You may buy products offered online by us by completing the order form available on our website. To order from our website, you must be at least 18 years of age.  By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading. You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws.  We may cancel orders where we consider that you have not dealt with us in good faith or have otherwise breached applicable laws, even if the order has been confirmed and payment received.  If we have received payment and we cancel the order, we will notify you and refund payments received, less delivery charges and applicable taxes and duties, at our discretion. 

Payment All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. MyKBeauty accepts payment by credit card, paypal and direct deposit. Please note that direct deposit will incur up to an additional 2 days processing time for payment to be received. All orders will be confirmed by email once payment is received. 

Delivery/Shipping

1. Shipping Destinations and Rates

We proudly ship global from South Korea. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds vary by region and currency. Please refer to the table below for details regarding your specific location.

A. ASIA (Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan)

Currency: US Dollar (USD)

Standard Shipping: Flat rate US$ 15.00 (Free for orders over US$ 99.00)

Express Shipping (EMS): Free for orders over US$ 190.00

B. OCEANIA (Australia, New Zealand)

Currency: Australian Dollar (AUD)

Standard Shipping: Flat rate AU$ 18.00 (Free for orders over AU$ 150.00)

Express Shipping (EMS): Free for orders over AU$ 290.00

C. NORTH AMERICA & GLOBAL (USA, Canada, UK, Europe, etc.)

Currency: US Dollar (USD)

Standard Shipping: Flat rate US$ 22.00 (Free for orders over US$ 150.00)

Express Shipping (EMS): Free for orders over US$ 290.00

(Note: Standard Shipping is generally available for packages under 2kg. Orders exceeding this weight limit may be automatically upgraded to Express Shipping based on our discretion.)

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.

Customer Responsibility: All additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Taiwan Customers Only: In accordance with Taiwan customs regulations, Real-Name Authentication via the EZWAY App is mandatory. The recipient’s name and mobile number on the order must match the EZWAY registration exactly to avoid clearance delays or return of goods.

3. Delivery Address & Re-delivery Costs

Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s sole obligation to ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Re-delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or refusal to pay customs duties, we reserve the right to charge additional re-delivery costs or deduct the original shipping and handling costs from any refund issued.

4. Non-Serviceable Locations

Please note that we currently do not ship to the following countries due to international logistics restrictions:

• China

• Russia

• Indonesia



Returns and Refunds Policy MyKbeauty will allow returns in the event that the products delivered

It is your responsibility to contact us with the intention to return products, and to do so within a reasonable timeframe from receipt of goods. MyKBeauty considers a reasonable timeframe to be within 3 days of receipt of products. You must provide appropriate reasons for why the product is defective, provide proof of purchase and organise shipping for returned goods with gifts sent with. Once goods received and checked for defect we will provide a full refund, less applicable delivery charges. Please note that no refunds will be issued if you have simply changed your mind.

Cosmetic packaging colour, design may be changed by the cosmetic company. MyKBeauty will try to advise if the packaging has been significantly different from the description image. This cannot be the reason for refund/exchange.

Entire Agreement These Terms (including any terms or policies incorporated by reference) set out the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior communications. 

Alterations We may alter these Terms from time to time by posting the altered version on our website. You should visit the website regularly to keep up to date with any alterations. In the case of an alteration, the altered Terms only apply to goods ordered via the website after the alteration takes effect.
